Important Notice
Please note that return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of sending items back unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent).


Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please keep in mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

  • Shipping fees for returns depend on the shipping carrier and package weight.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unmodified

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • The return must be shipped using the same type of delivery service used for the original shipment

  • Items must be sent to the return address provided after the return request is approved

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygiene-related items such as underwear or lingerie, due to health and safety regulations


Return Package Instructions

When sending your return package, please follow these guidelines:

  • Clearly label the package as a returned order on the shipping documentation

  • Indicate the declared value of the returned products

For safety during shipping:

  • Each return package may contain up to 3 items, or

  • 2 larger items (such as coats or footwear)

This helps reduce the risk of damage during transit.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@shopvictoriascloset.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • The tracking number for the return shipment

  • Clear photos of the item(s) showing:

    • The item in unused condition

    • Tags still attached

    • Original packaging

⚠️ Returns that are sent without prior approval or without the required documentation may not qualify for a refund.


Return Inspection

Once your return shipment arrives at our facility, our team will review the item(s). After inspection, you will receive an email confirming:

  • That the return has been received

  • Whether the refund request has been approved or declined


Refunds (If Approved)

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection is completed.


Refund Rejections

Returns may be declined if the item does not meet the return conditions.

Examples include:

  • Missing components or packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Returned hygiene products

  • Returns requested or received after the 14-day return window

If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the original delivery address at no extra cost.

Refunds also cannot be issued if the package was returned to an incorrect address.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Customs & Import Fees

Victoria's Closet is not responsible for customs charges or import fees that may occur during the return process.

If a returned package is delayed, held, or lost due to customs processing, a refund may not be possible.


Exchange Policy

Customers may request one exchange per order within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges

  • Shipping fees depend on the courier, package weight, and number of parcels involved

In some cases, the original item may remain with the customer while a replacement item is sent.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

In these cases, we will provide a replacement item. Refunds are not offered for damaged or incorrect items.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, we will ship the missing product free of charge.

Refunds are not issued for missing items.


Undeliverable Packages or Refused Deliveries

A $15 USD fee per parcel may be deducted in the following situations:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided

  • The package was not collected from the carrier or pickup point

  • The delivery was refused by the recipient

For orders shipped in multiple packages, fees may vary depending on shipment size and weight.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address:

  • Victoria's Closet cannot be held responsible once the package has been dispatched

  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address

  • Returned packages can only be reshipped at the customer’s expense


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Typical return costs may range between:

  • $25 – $40 USD per package

Additional customs or processing fees may apply (approximately $15 – $25 USD).
